Brewed from pale wheat and barley malts, this brand new beer has a distinctive wheat beer character, without the cloudiness usually associated with that style. Low bitterness with a delicate floral/fruity hop aroma.

This new beer, brewed for Yorkshire Day is pale, bitter, dry and refreshing. Served cool, this is the ideal ale for enjoying in the summer sunshine. Robust, fruity hop aromas dominate.

September GREEN HOP 4.2% Blonde with fresh hops A unique beer brewed with fresh green hops harvested the day before brewing. There is a two week window each year where green hops are available. This is a refreshing blonde ale with a floral hop aroma. |
November Brigantes Bitter (3.8% ABV) Traditional Bitter The final new beer for 2011, this is a perfect traditional session beer for the colder autumn months. A blend of five malts results in a delicious, slightly chocolate-malty base, upon which is built a bitter hoppiness and blackcurrant fruit aroma. |

A very pale beer. Moderate bitterness and delicate maltiness on the palate. Due to a generous addition of hops at the end of the boil, fruit and spice notes are detected in the aroma.

Brewed in celebration of the birth of Ossett Breweries Head Brewer son, Ivan James. IJPA is a very pale session beer with moderate bitterness and intense hop finish from three different American hop varieties.

Masterpiece (4.0%)
A mellow golden ale brewed from Maris Otter malt and Styrian Golding hops. Generous quanities of hops, added at the end of the boil, create a fragant citrus/spicy hop aroma. Brewed to celebrate the opening of Wakefield's Hepworth Gallery in May 2011.

A new session bitter brewed to enjoy during the rugby world cup. A touch of crystal malt in the grist leads to a pale golden brew with a malty-sweet aftertaste. Tangy hop bitterness and floral/fruity aromas dominate.

October Silver Link (4.6% ABV) Citrus Hoppy Lager From the original "Silver Series" of beers first produced in 1998, Silver Link remains the favourite beer of both Chairman and Head Brewer at Ossett Brewery. Lager coloured, dry and bitter with an intense grapefruit hop character. |
December Nervous Turkey (4.3% ABV) Golden Citrusy Ale In its sixth year, and still going strong! A golden hoppy bitter, full bodied and fruity with citrus and spice in the aroma. Perhaps even a hint of cranberry! |
