History: Self-taught home-brewer. I was taught commercial brewing by Bob Lawson in 2001.
Greatest achievement to date: Excelsior winning SIBA National Supreme Champion Beer in 2003.
Favorite brew and why: Silver Link as it’s strong, but not too strong. It’s a delicious crisp citrus hoppy beer made from my favorite Cluster hops.

History: I was taught commercial brewing by Ossett Brewery’s Head Brewer, Paul Spencer, in 2004.
Greatest achievement to date: Excelsior winning Strong Ale Champion 2006.
Favourite brew and why: Nervous Turkey. It’s quite simple the perfect brew- a golden hoppy bitter, full bodied and fruity.
