Cross Keys Welcomes The Rainband

Manchester’s indie favourites, The Rainband set to play at Ossett Brewery’s CAMRA-recognised real ale pub, Cross Keys in Knaresborough on Saturday 19th March.

The Rainband are a five piece indie band from Manchester, founded in 2010. In previous years the band have had extreme success with their commercially famous tracks “Rise Again” and “Sirens”, achieving top 10 positions in the UK Indie singles chart. As well as recently supporting one of the best-selling bands of all time, Fleetwood Mac at the Isle of Wight Festival in 2015 and afterwards touring Europe with singer songwriter, Paolo Nutini.

In celebration of their new debut album due to be released on April 8th, “Satellite Sunrise”, The Rainband will be touring the UK throughout April but before that they will be making a pitstop to Cross Keys located within the historic market town of Knaresborough.

Ossett Brewery’s, Cross Keys, is a friendly community pub for locals and visitors alike. With a traditional Sunday lunch, pub quiz and live bands throughout the week this pub is definitely a key destination in Knaresborough. Landlady of Cross Keys, Anj Riggs is excited to welcome The Rainband to the pub on Saturday 19th March, with an unforgettable performance which is bound to go down a treat with all customers.
