Trade Customers - Return Your Beer Policy
In light of the latest Lockdown and the extended enforced enclosure of our sector, Ossett will be adopting the following policy for claims for credit via the Return Your Beer platform:
- Full credit will be considered for unbroached casks with BBD’s of 1st November 2020 – 31st March 2021.
- Please log accurately the unbroached casks that you require authorisation to destroy (in line with government guidance) to receive full credit.
- No credit or duty reclaim will be available for broached casks
