YORKSHIRE BITTER
A traditional, easy drinking Yorkshire Bitter, made from all British ingredients. Pale copper in colour, this beer initially has sweet malt and honey on the palate, followed by a moderately bitter finish. The delicate hop aromas can be described as floral and spicy.

This beer pays homage to our stunning Yorkshire heartland, the inspiration behind everything we brew. This pale ale is full-bodied, well-rounded and slightly sweet on the palate. A generous addition of Mount Hood and Opus hops late in the boil result in a delicate fruity aroma.

This very pale, hoppy ale is made from low colour malt. A combination of Cascade, Columbus & Amarillo hops produce an intensely aromatic and resinous finish.

AMERICAN PALE ALE
One of the original Ossett core beers from 1998 and SIBA national champion. This regal beer continues to be a timeless classic. A simple combination of UK grown pale malt and American Cascade and Chinook hops result in a crisp, dry and refreshing pale ale with aromas of citrus fruit and balanced bitterness. This beer is also gluten free.

DRY-HOPPED PALE ALE
Latin for ‘forever upwards’ and signified by the soaring Yorkshire Red Kite. Three times SIBA national champion and the strongest beer in our core range.
A classic pale ale, brewed from British pale malt and US Cascade hops. Smooth, fruity and full-bodied, with a deceptive bitterness to complement its alcohol strength. Refreshing citrus hop aromas complete the sensory pleasure.

NEIPA Jnr
A super hazy NEIPA-style cask ale brewed in collaboration with our sister brewery, SALT. A grist of pale, oat and wheat malts results in a straw-coloured beer that is served hazy and vegan friendly. Bitterness is low, but generous dry-hopping with Sabro and Ekuanot after fermentation creates intense aromas of pine, citrus fruits and coconut.

Pale Session Ale
Brewed in collaboration with Goose Eye Brewery.
A re-brew of a collaboration first brewed at Goose Eye Brewery in Bingley back in 2022, but this time on the Ossett kit. A refreshing blonde ale brewed at a quaffable 3.8% abv and hopped with Citra and Nelson Sauvin to yield moderate bitterness and aromas of citrus, white wine and gooseberry.

Hoppy Pale Ale
“Most” hops are named after the city of Most in northwestern Czechia. The word also means “bridge”, and Most hops are seen as a bridge between the UK and EU after the UK departed the union. Most hops have an intense aroma of tropical fruits, strawberries, and ruby red grapefruit.

Victorian Porter
Brewed in collaboration with Turning Point Brewing.
A heritage Victorian porter, brewed to an appropriately robust gravity. Amber, brown and smoked malts combine to create a moderately full-bodied and warming beer with residual sweetness, a creamy mouthfeel and flavours of chocolate, toffee and smoke. Bitterness is low, but the addition of English Goldings hops results in a delicate herbal/earthy aroma.
